First 15 minutes

Do this after Verify shows data. The steps below walk through the main surfaces so you can confirm sessions, charts, and Home responses.

Minute 0–4 — Watch one replay

1. Sidebar → Replays.
2. Click the top row (newest session).
3. Press play. Use Skip inactive if the session is long.
4. Open the activity panel (Toggle activity panel) and click through tabs you see: Issues, Behavior, Events, Custom, Console, Network, Web Vitals.
5. Note header tooltips: Clicks, Keypresses, Console errors.
6. Click Close player when done.

Minute 4–7 — Dashboard pulse

1. Sidebar → Dashboard.
2. Open the date control. Try Today, then Last 7 days.
3. Read KPI labels: Visitors, Sessions, Pages per visit, Bounce Rate, Active time (and Revenue only if Stripe is connected).
4. Scroll cards: Pages (tabs Entry / Exit / Top / Inactive), Sources, Events, Devices, Geography.
5. Click one row in Pages if clickable — notice whether filters update.

Minute 7–10 — Visitors / Users

1. Sidebar → Visitors (page title may say Users).
2. Find yourself or an anonymous row.
3. Open the row → journey overlay / detail.
4. Look for Identity, Location, Device, Engagement, Replays.
5. Click Watch replay if shown.

Minute 10–12 — Issues (may be empty)

1. Sidebar → Issues.
2. Confirm tab Runtime (default). Status filter defaults to open.
3. If empty: that can be healthy. Optionally trigger a test error in staging later (Error monitoring).
4. If an issue exists: open it → find Session replays, Stack trace, Resolve / Ignore / Mute.

Minute 12–15 — Ask Home

1. Sidebar → Home.
2. Read the greeting: How can I help you understand your users?
3. Ask: What pages did people visit in the last 24 hours?
4. Follow any links in the answer back into Dashboard/Replays.
5. Click New chat if you want a clean thread; history lives under Chats / View history.
