Overlap with get-started Billing
First-time onboarding uses /get-started/billing with plan cards, cycle toggles, annual gifts, Skip and start 7-day trial, and a payment modal that is a UI stub (no charge from that screen). Full control map: Get-started Billing.
After onboarding, return here for portal-based management when billing is configured.
